Training courses were held in Pehuen Co to enhance tourist services in the tourist village. They were organized by the Tourism Directorate, through an agreement with the Association of Hotels Bars Restaurants and the like of Bahía Blanca and the Southwest Region.

Owners, merchants, employees and students from the town, Punta Alta and Bahía Blanca attended.representing different businesses in the private sector, such as restaurants, shops in general, bars, cafeterias, accommodations and camping.

The two courses were taught, which are part of a cycle of 4 training sessions to enhance tourist services.

One was from Customer Support, aimed at visitors and tourists who arrive at the tourist destination of Rosales.

In the afternoon, it was the turn of another workshop aimed at cafeteria, services and trends.

They were led by the AHG trainer, Lic. in Tourism and Hospitality Victoria Gallardo Batista and the Lic. in Tourism Bernard Love.

The courses were open and completely free.

Upcoming trainings

On Tuesday, October 17, A food handling course will be taught by the Municipal Production and Development Directorate, which will take place at the Municipal Playón.

On Wednesday, October 18, Two more face-to-face courses will be taught together with UPSO trainers, and they will be on managing social networks in businesses and in the host community. And also an asynchronous virtual Restaurant Service module.
