Sales in supermarkets grew 5.2% year-on-year in August, as reported this Wednesday by the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC). Meanwhile, the accumulated in the first eight months of 2023 presents an increase of 1.3% compared to the same period of 2022.
The seasonally adjusted series index shows a positive variation of 2.7% compared to the previous month and the trend-cycle series index registers a positive variation of 0.1% compared to the previous month.
