Law No. 24,901, its amendments and supplements, established the Basic Benefits System for Comprehensive Care in favor of People with Disabilities. This system aims guarantee access to basic benefits comprehensive care for people with disabilities, through coverage of health benefits, education, rehabilitation, job trainingand others that are necessary for their social inclusion.

The tariffs for the Basic Comprehensive Care Benefits System are updated periodicallybased on the proposal submitted by the System Board.
